The Mouse Curve App is making good progress and I'm hoping to release a beta sometime soon. (Big thanks to all the brave volunteers for beta testing!)
I've set up a Pledgie account for Custom Mouse Curve on Mac OS X now. This way you can encourage me to fast pace this.

The new release 1.1 d of the Mouse Acceleration Preference Pane for OS X is available. The acceleration is now correctly set on each restart, even on 10.6 Snow Leopard.

Read the original curves from system and driver, supply custom curves, set arbitrary curves system-wide or for each device individually. A easy UI for all this, including a prototype graphical editor for curves.
